Quota Draw Cancelled for 2020

Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, the MEF Board has decided not to conduct a New Entrant Draw in 2020. In the first half of 2021, the Board will discuss the possibility of a New Entrant Draw to be conducted in 2021. Please check the MEF website or call the MEF office for future updates.
