BLT Egg Sliders

Ingredients:

6 large hard-boiled eggs
2-3* small tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 green lettuce leaves, cut into 3-inch pieces
6 strips bacon, cooked and cut into 3-inch pieces
1 Tbsp (15 mL) grainy mustard
1 Tbsp (15 mL) everything bagel seasoning (optional)**

Instructions:

Cut some of the white off each egg so that it will stand in one place without rolling. Cut each
hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise.

Place a tomato slice, lettuce, then a strip of bacon on the bottom half of each egg. Add a small
dollop of mustard on top of the bacon and cover with the other half of the egg.

Sprinkle the egg sliders with everything bagel seasoning (if using) and secure with a toothpick
or cocktail stick.

Special Note: This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for a gathering
