Ingredients:
3 cups (750 mL) grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 (3-oz/75 g) can chopped green chiles, drained
4 large eggs, beaten
Instructions:
Sprinkle cheese and chiles evenly onto the bottom of a greased 8-inch square pan. Pour eggs on top of cheese mixture and bake for 1 hour. Cook for 5 minutes – cut into 1-inch squares. Serve warm or cold.
