Ingredients:
1 pkg (2 ¼ tsp) of quick rise yeast
1 cup warm water
1 cup scalded milk
1/3 cup canola oil
¼ cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
5 cups flour
Goo
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
Instructions:
Mix above ingredients in a mixer, using dough hooks until dough is light but not sticky.
Let dough rise until doubled in size.
Make Goo, by boiling the goo ingredients together for 3 minutes. Place Goo in the bottom of sprayed pans.
Roll out dough, spread margarine, brown sugar, and cinnamon on it. Roll up dough and cut into desired width, place in pan.
Let cinnamon buns rise until doubled in size.
Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
