Ingredients:
1 ½ cup (375 mL) non-alcoholic sparkling wine (1/2 bottle)
2 ounce (60 mL) pomegranate juice
2 cup (500 mL) frozen raspberries
¼ cup (50 mL) pasteurized liquid egg whites (2 egg whites)
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve in champagne flutes. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.
Makes 2 servings.
